OK, it is the day after Turkey Day and all is not well. My wife and I had lunch with my aunt and I had a great time. A great time for me is a lot of food. With so much delicious food tempting me, my thoughts of Weight Watchers and healthy eating habits were long gone.

This book contains over 100 fat losing secrets that can help transform your life. They’re simple, minor and painless changes that you can easily make. You may not use every one of these ideas but you’ll find enough helpful tips that will assure that you reach your goal faster. However, the key that will guarantee that you lose body-fat is to increase your fiber, protein and water intake and the way to do this is by drinking a fiber/protein shake two to three times a day.
The book is a fun read and Stan know what he is talking about.
