Instant Toothache Relief And Instant Belly Fat Loss

Why don’t YOU do that RIGHT NOW!  Pull in your stomach for a count of five, relax and repeat it again.  Do that 5 times.  (This will become a habit.)  I’ve been doing this for over 50 years and it works.
 
The best thing is that you can do this technique anytime and anywhere;
  • waiting for your coffee to perk,
  • while you’re shaving or putting on your make-up, (That would be the guys shaving
  • & the women putting on the make-up).
  • waiting for the microwave,
  • waiting for your toast,
  • sitting at a traffic light,
  • standing at a traffic light,
  • waiting in the checkout line at the grocery store,
  • waiting for an elevator,
  • waiting for your computer to start and
  • while you’re filling your gas tank,
  • even while sitting through a boring meeting.
 
Pick three times a day that you can begin doing this simple movement. Start in the morning while you’re brushing your teeth.
 
The best part is that no one will even know you’re doing it.
 
START RIGHT NOW!  Sit or stand up straight.  Pull your shoulders back and stomach in.
 
See, you already look and feel thinner & tighter. 

Now pull your stomach in and up and hold for 5 seconds then relax.  Do it slowly the first few times till you get used to it.
 
Psychologist Maxwell Maltz said that repeating an action for only 21 days will help you begin to make it a habit.

Great I dea. I just tried the stomach tightening thing. I never thought of doing this and it's easy.

Mike, the thing that makes this work is to pick one time each day when you will do this. When that becomes a habit, add another time until you'r pulling your stomach in throughout the day without thinking about it. Waiting for the traffic lights to change is a good time to do it.

I tried this today at the DMV. Too bad it can't make the line go faster. I'm just glad that those hard-working State employees will have a fat pension to retire on.
